Community Standards

Last updated: November 9, 2025

At Binky, we believe in fostering a positive and respectful community where overwhelmed parents and caregivers can freely express themselves while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. As a wellbeing app focused on supporting those managing stress, “crash-out” moments, and the mental load of family life, these Community Standards outline the expectations and guidelines for all users of our platform.

Respect for Others

We expect all users to treat each other with respect and kindness. This includes:

  • Using appropriate language and avoiding offensive or harmful content
  • Respecting others' privacy and personal boundaries
  • Not engaging in harassment, bullying, or hate speech
  • Being mindful of cultural differences and diverse perspectives

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes violence
  • Explicit, adult, or sexually suggestive content
  • Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation
  • Spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
  • Content that promotes self-harm or dangerous activities
  • Unauthorized sharing of personal information
  • Medical advice or attempts to diagnose mental health conditions
  • Crisis intervention attempts (users in crisis should contact emergency services or mental health professionals)
