To check in, simply open the app and tap the "Check In" button. You'll be guided through a quick emotional check-in process that takes about 30 seconds.
After your check-in, Binky uses AI to provide you with a personalized reflection and affirmation. You can also choose to share your reflection anonymously with the community.
You can update your profile by navigating to the 'Settings' page. From there, you can change your picture, update your information, and more!
