Binky is a consumer wellbeing app designed to support overwhelmed parents and caregivers in managing stress, “crash-out” moments, and the ongoing mental load of family life. The app provides self-guided tools and educational content only; it is not a medical device, does not provide professional therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support, and is not a substitute for care from a licensed health or mental-health professional.

Binky offers several tools to help you manage stress and regulate your emotions:
- Binky Buddy: An AI-powered chatbot that provides conversational, empathetic support when you share how you're feeling
- Tapping Exercise: A guided sequence to help you “place” and release stress in the app
- Guided Breathing: Simple animations and prompts to help you slow down and regulate your nervous system
- Swipeable Affirmations: A card stack of supportive messages you can swipe through and save what resonates
- Burnout Snapshot: A personalized profile created during onboarding to tailor your experience

You can update your profile by navigating to the 'Settings' page. From there, you can change your picture, update your information, and more!
